The tax rates applied are based on the physical location of our clients, ensuring compliance with regional tax regulations.
- Card Validation and Authorization: For the security and validation of transactions, all credit/debit card payments are subject to checks and approval by the card issuing authority. In instances where your card issuer does not authorize payment, MCD Project Services Limited holds no responsibility for any delay or failure in delivery. Additionally, we are not obligated to provide details regarding such payment refusals.
- Pre-authorization of Payments: Upon placing an order with MCD Project Services Limited, a full payment is mandatory. To secure this, we will immediately debit your credit/debit card or PayPal account upon acceptance of your order. This ensures the availability of sufficient funds or credit in your account.
Complaints

Refund policy
- Refund Eligibility Window: Clients are entitled to a full refund provided that no work has begun on the order and the request for a refund is submitted within a 14-day period from the initial purchase date.
- Progressing Orders and Satisfaction Guarantee: For orders that are currently in progress, a full refund is generally not feasible. However, in exceptional circumstances where our commitment to 100% client satisfaction is not met, we may offer a credit note as a gesture of goodwill and service assurance.
- Finalization of Orders: Once an order is either automatically closed or explicitly approved by the client, it is deemed completed. Consequently, such orders are not eligible for refunds or credits under any circumstances.
